Done Intentionally

Many ways to live intentionally. One connected system.

Done Intentionally is a growing family of small, focused apps for doing things on purpose — tending to your tasks, your people, your time, and your beliefs — built to work with each other, and with your AI.

The idea

Good ideas shouldn’t live in silos

We know a lot about how to decide and act well. Decades of research on decision-making, behavior, and calibration. Time-tested methods like Getting Things Done. Almost none of it is secret — and almost none of it is built into the tools we actually use.

The tools we do use don’t talk to each other. The task manager doesn’t know about the calendar. The calendar doesn’t know who your friends are. Nothing keeps score of what you believed would happen. And none of it was designed for a world where you have an AI that knows you.

Done Intentionally is a bet that these ideas belong together: small apps, each doing one thing well, sharing one account and one backend — and every one of them open to your AI.

The goal is a system for more intentional relationships — with your work, your responsibilities, your people, your future, and your AI.

Connected

Better together — and better with your AI

One account

Sign in once, use everything

Every app shares a single account and a single backend. Your data lives in one place, and each new app in the system starts out already knowing you.

Shared where it matters

The apps see each other

Attend doesn’t import your calendar — it is your calendar: your Tend social life and your Intend task load on one view, something no standalone calendar can do.

Open to your AI

Bring your own assistant

Every app ships an MCP server. Connect Claude — or any MCP-capable AI — and the assistant that already knows you can see your tasks, your people, and your predictions, and act on them with your permission.
